The certified document shows measurements, calculations and the final living area.
$110 for One-stories
$130 for Two-stories 0-4000 sf
$145 for Two-stories 4001 sf - 5000 sf
Request Quote for over 5000 sf
Fee includes round-trip drive to house, measurement of 1-2+ stories, input of measurements into computer, official document with appraiser certification, delivery via email.
Additional square footage makes a property more attractive to Buyers and adds market value. Most often, a Seller gladly pays for such a measurement.
NOTE: Eric has done thousands of appraisals in his 21 years, but now exclusively focuses his energy on providing accurate Square Footage Measurements.
