SQUARE FOOTAGE MEASUREMENTS: When you need a swift measurement of your Listing, call me at 214-235-8324 (cell) or message me at 972-380-7996. I typically go to the property within 24 hours, then email you the measurement the same day. I have a Supra keypad, or can meet.
The official document shows measurements, calculations, and final living area. My name & appraisal certification are on the document for authenticity.
$110 for One-stories
$130 for Two-stories 0-4000 sf
$140 for Two-stories 4001 sf – 5000 sf
Request Quote for over 5000 sf
Fee includes round-trip drive to house, measurement of one/two stories, inputting the measurements into computer, generating official document, and email delivery with my certification.
Additional square footage makes a property more attractive and adds market value. Most often, an owner gladly pays for such a measurement.
RELOCATION APPRAISALS: I have done them with documented accuracy for 19 years now. Typically, the owner gets to choose 2 appraisers. I communicate well with owners, give fair & honest appraisals, and am highly rated at the relocation companies.
MORTGAGE APPRAISALS: You can count on it being done right the first time.
