Fee includes roundtrip drive, measurement of all levels, detailed computerwork, and next day delivery of the Appraiser Certified Document.

$200 - $250 for One-Story home 3001-4000 Sq Ft     
$210 - $270 for One-Story home 4001-5000 Sq Ft

$210 - $260 for Two-Story home 0-4000 Sq Ft
$230 - $280 for Two-Story home 4001-4500 Sq Ft
$250 - $300 for Two-Story home 4501-5000 Sq Ft

The final fee charged (in ranges above) depends upon size, levels, complexity, and distance traveled.   No added fee for measuring the Garage and only a minimal fee for measuring a Guest House or Quarters.  ​Fee can be paid by Check, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash ($10 discount). 

Note: I measure only Houses (no Condominiums).  I presently limit measurements to Houses 5000 Sq Ft and under due to my typically overcrowded schedule.  I can recommend other appraisers you can ask to measure a Condo or a House above 5000 Sq Ft in size.

Remember that accuracy and correct methodology are vital.  Every foot matters!
